Chapter Registration: Due by December 1 each school year. Additional members may be added to an already-existing chapter until February 14th. The February deadline must be met in order to obtain good standing. Members of chapters not in good standing may attend conventions, but only those in good standing are allowed to run for a state office, vote at meetings and to place in competitions.
Step 1: The main sponsor, teacher, or parent/guardian from each chapter must send a list of students (preferred first name, last name, current grade level, current Latin and/or Greek levels, and STUDENT EMAIL ADDRESS (necessary to set up their account!) in any convenient format) to email@example.com. Please note that only students age 12+ as of 3/31/21 may attend State Convention.
Step 2: Each chapter must send their $20 chapter fee + $5 per student either:
- In one check payable to COJCL, sent to COJCL c/o Jennifer Kepley, Liberty Common High School, 2745 Minnesota Dr Fort Collins, CO 80525.
- Via credit card! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of students you are registering; we will send you a Paypal invoice with the $20 chapter fee to your student total.
